Rabbits and groundhogs are burrowed underground, but sometimes you will be lucky and not have to dig for the prey.

Leafpaw scanned the meadow. Hopefully they would be able to find a rabbit or two, that would really help feed the clan. Maybe a yummy groundhog...
She scented the air, her nostrils flaring from the effort. She sighed. "I dont smell anything," she complained.

Glassheart padded up behind her apprentice. Her jaws were parted slightly, her tiny white fangs faintly visible. She inhaled deeply, analyzing the scents. "Hmmm. I think there my be some rabbits by the old burrow. How about you crawl in through the entrance, and I wait at the escape tunnel?" she decided. "Sound like a plan?" she asked, her glossy eyes glittering innocently.

Leafpaw nodded unenthusiastically. She hated being underground, it was so cramped. She much preferred having wide open space. But if she wanted to be a warrior she better suck it up.

Glassheart quietly positioned herself at the escape tunnel after a few long minutes of searching for it. She flicked her snowy white tail, signaling for her apprentice to enter the den. Hopefully the cat had enough sense to not get scratched by them, rabbits surprisingly had pointy claws...
